Heb ondertussen die fanuc PP gevonden en aangepast in de postbuilder, machinebereik ed ingevuld, extensie veranderd naar .nc, ....
(Die Sinumerik PP geeft onbruikbare G-codes, net zoals de deckel-maho PP. )

Dus dan opnieuw g-code gemaakt, (er komen nu geen K coordinaten in voor)

Frees duikt nu goed in maar er is een foutmelding op N14 : "I word with no g2 or g3 or g87 or G43.1 to use it"
Dit kan ik verhelpen door op elke regel met enkel I en J coordinaten, voorop G03 te noteren.

Ik heb ook zoals dabit aangaf, alle K's verwijderd in de G-code file die eerder is gepost. De aanloopbeweging gebeurt hier veel vloeiender dan met de code hierboven van de aangepaste Fanuc PP. Maar hier moet ik ook telkens die G03 bijvoegen in regels met enkel I en J waarden. Is dit bij jou ook zo Dabit?

In de postbuilder kan ik ook de K weglaten zodat deze niet meer voorkomt in de code.

Wel valt-ie bij mij over regel N49: startradius is 1,8042 en eindradius is 1,7974 volgens het ding, en dat verschil vind-ie te groot.

G0,1,2,3 zijn officieel modaal aktief, zou je dus niet hoeven te herhalen als ze in de volgende regel niet veranderen. ( maar USBCNC vind dat blijkbaar niet zo leuk )

En de fout van de radius in N49 zal wel in N50 zitten (maar na N49 kan ie niet verder) omdat N49 een 360 graden cirkel is ( alleen I en J, dus eindpunt gelijk aan startpunt) en daar kun je geen afwijkende radius van maken.
De radius van N49=37.92 (x28.46 Y27.65 naar I1.54 J0.94)
De radius van N50=40.07 (x31.48 Y27.65 naar I1.54 J0.94) maar het startpunt ligt gelijk met N48 dus dat lukt niet.
Dus in dit geval kan de fout ook nog in N48 ( het startpunt) liggen.

Maar als dit zo uit het CAM systeem komt, is er wel iets ernstigs aan de hand :oops:
Ik ben voor meer techniek op school, maar dan wel vanaf groep 1 basischool.

Als je in de Post kunt wijzigen is het waarschijnlijk niet zo moeilijk om voor die G-codes de modaal aktief uit te zetten.
yup, zojuist gevonden. Staan nu modaal afgevinkt. En het inladen van de file werkt nu zonder aanpassingen aan de G-code. gewoon AWESOME... :P

Bedankt allen voor input. ;-) Maakt het wat gemakkelijker voor mij om dergelijke zaken op te lossen.
