Ondertussen het aantal steps veranderd in de arduino en nu is 1mm ook 1mm 8)

dit is ook een foutmelding die ik krijg in de GRBL tool als ik een Gcode wil starten.

Kijk eens in de lijst met supported gcodes (Wiki), maar Txx codes worden niet ondersteund. Dit zal dan door de gcode sender moeten worden afgehandeld!

Dan gooi je die regel er gewoon uit. (wordt toch niets mee gedaan)
En G-code is handiger als je het in de juiste haken zet. </>

Ne deze, die tussen M9 en S5000 in. (in mijn versie was hij er als uit. :lol:

S5000 M3
M9 zet de koeling uit, zal ook wel nutteloze info zijn.
M3 zet de freesspil aan, als je die niet via GRBL stuurt kan die regel er ook wel uit.
Maar als ze niet mopperen zitten ze blijkbaar in de GRBL interpreter doen ze geen kwaad.
Die regels tussen () zijn meestal kommentaar regels dus zouden geen fout megen geven.
Ik ben voor meer techniek op school, maar dan wel vanaf groep 1 basischool.

Maar ik merk dat mijn stappenmotor van de Z as enorm warm wordt.
Heet bijna ten opzichte van de X en de Y een stuk warmer. Iemand een idee hoe dat kan?

En bij het na meten kom ik erachter dat hij bij het rechthoekige gedeelte in X en Y 1mm te kort kom. Hij zou 20mm bij 50mm moeten zijn maar is maar 19mm bij 49mm.
Maak ik dan een fout met de instellingen van de G-code?

De pijngrens ligt bij 50 graden. Zolang je hem vast kunt houden is er niets aan de hand. Anders moet de stroom een beetje omlaag.

Je freest met een freesje van 2 staat in de file, dus ik ga er vanuit uit dat je niet een freesje van 1 gebruikt hebt, maar het is wel een offset fout omdat het in beide richtingen even veel is, en niet in verhouding tot de lengte en breedte.
Dan moet het wel een instelling in je CAM pakket zijn waar iets van een toeslag van o.5 staat.
Ik ben voor meer techniek op school, maar dan wel vanaf groep 1 basischool.
